Bartlett LoftsImage The Bartlett Building Lofts are  a mixed-use adaptive reuse of the 1911 A.G. Bartlett Building (also known as the Union Oil Building) at 7th & Spring Streets boarding the Jewelry District.  This building offers 140 market-rate condo units.  Once inside the lobby, the original bronze elevators whisk residents up to their new refurbished lofts with first class views of Historic Downtown and the Jewelry District.
