Lee Homes and the CIM Group are once again breaking new ground with their Sky Lofts (a mixed-use commercial/retail/residential high-rise building) in the heart of South Park. This is the first-of-its-kind to be introduced to downtown Los Angeles that combines all three components. The Sky Loft building is the third architectural success for this group. Just a few short years ago, Lee Homes and The CIM Group converted the former UPS building at the corner of 11th and Flower Streets in downtown LA into chic urban lofts, Flower Street Lofts (which was an overnight success). Nearby they created Grand Lofts, a collection of 66 ultra-contemporary loft residences. The team thus garnered the reputation as downtown LA’s 21st century pioneers. Now emerges the Sky Lofts, a 22-story building with 132 residential lofts with views of Downtown and the rest of Los Angeles.
The units will maintain the tradition of a loft space with high ceilings, hardwood floors and open floor plans. The kitchens and baths will feature state of the art appliances, fixtures and a walk-in closet. Amenities - Parking
