Chapman Flats are a mixed-use adaptive reuse of the 13-story, 1912 Charles Chapman Building at 8th & Broadway into 168 market-rate condo units.  The building is a reminder to all passerbyers of Los Angeles' history and tradition.  The hallways are all restored tile leading residents and their visitors through a welcomed time warp.  

The entry ways have been refurbished with  historic doors, original and unique to each residence, in addition, the units have original tile floors and polished concrete, unique to each space.  The original brick columns still stand tall and proud, a nice contrast to the panoramic views made possible by oversized windows in every flat.  Kitchens feature state of the art stainless steel appliances and CaesarStone counters with the choice of two different color palettes.  The bathrooms boast glass tile shower surroundings, froasted glass entry ways and Kohler fixtures.
