Factory Place Lofts are located in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Downtown Los Angeles.  Just a stones throw away form everything downtown has to offer, the location can not be beat.  However, it is not just about location, location, location.  These lofts have a past, a present and a future.  Completed in 1926 the original use of the build was that of a paper making factory.  As the industrial component of Los Angeles moved locale, the Factory Building could not have been forgotten about, so it was converted into an 80 loft residential building.
