Metro 417 is on the pulse of the arts and entertainment world of Pershing Square and the bustle of the Financial District. Built in 1925 by the Pacific Electric Railroad, the Historic Subway Terminal Building housed the Red Car Subway Station until 1956 when the system was permanently retired. Today, Metro 417 provides 277 boutique-style rental residences. 15th century Florentine palazzo inspired architecture and rich historical elements entice you the moment you enter the lobby. Sky-lit coffered ceilings, Italian marble, mosaic tile and carved woodwork together tell a story of timeless excellence.
The building houses one and two bedroom spaces with vaulted 10-12' ceilings, oversized windows, classic architectural built-ins and alcoves, wood laminate flooring, berber carpet and ceramic tile, distinctive gallery-style hallways, and contemporary lighting fixtures. The kitchens all boasts granite counters, aluminum backsplashes, pearwood-style cabinetry and black-on-black GE appliances. Amenities - Parking available
